TOKYO (Reuters) – Toshiba-Memory Corp, the world’s second-largest producer of NAND flash memory chips, said on Friday its plant in central Japan, will resume production by mid-July.
The plant has been partly suspended since a brief power outage in the area on the 15th of June.
The suspension is also affected by Western Digital Corp (WDC.D), New Memory, the joint-venture partner.
