Spelling is back to work several days after police were called to her house. Dean McDermott, Spelling man, called the police on the Thursday when the 44-year-old actress left their a with at least one of their children, according to TMZ.

Deputies said Spelling in a building in Thousand Oaks, California. While McDermott was out with their 1-year-old son. They decided the Spelling and the couple’s children were in order and no further action was taken.

The police also received a call on March 1 that stated Spelling was reported to have a failure. It is unclear what triggered the incident, but the Spelling is reportedly getting aggressive.

A source also told People that Spelling is “in a difficult place.” She and McDermott have five children together.
