Several democratic presidential candidates declined invitations to a key pro-Israel policy group ” conference next week, an annual meeting, which usually has a must-meet for the members of the two parties, in what some see as another sign of party, the growing contempt for the Jewish state.
Sens. Bernie Sanders, Kamala Harris, Elizabeth Warren, former Rep. Beto O’rourke and many others have said, you need to call this to the American Israel Public Affairs Committee annual policy (AIPAC) conference, a move that coincides with a well-to-do progressive advocacy group, to boycott the event.
MoveOn.org a group spent approximately $3.5 million in the 2018 midterm elections called the 2020 Democratic candidates to skip the conference, although in the past, all the presidential candidates regarded the AIPAC conference, the stop of a crucial campaign.

The three-day conference will, this year, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Vice-President Mike Pence, Senate majority Leader Chuck Schumer, Secretary of state Mike Pompeo, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, New York City mayor Bill de Blasio, and Democratic House majority Leader Steny Hoyer was the headline.
So far, no Democrats, the run officially for President, a statement confirmed their participation in the conference.
Sanders’ aide Josh Orton told the media that the leading candidate for the Democrats not to, because “he is concerned about the platform AIPAC offers for executives who have expressed bigotry, and against a two-state solution” to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
Other candidates like Kamala Harris or Elizabeth Warren, is not confirmed in the meantime that you plan to attend the conference, but provided no explanation for their decisions.
Harris addressed the AIPAC in the year 2017, saying it was to speak of “a honour” and praised the group’s leadership. “And I’m proud to say, and among the many voices represented here, the California delegation is the largest and, hopefully, also the loudest. There you go,” she said.

O’rourke criticized the embattled Israeli Prime Minister during a campaign stop earlier this week, said Netanyahu “has pointedly with racists.”
“Right now, we are the best negotiating’t have partners on both sides. We have a Prime Minister in Israel, which is open on one side with racists,” he charged.
Other Democratic candidates who do not attend the conference, Julian Castro, Pete Buttigieg, and Rep. John Delaney, although the latter politician said that he would not be present because of scheduling conflicts.
AIPAC is a nonpartisan organization that seeks to promote the relationship between the United States and Israel. The group, despite the misleading representations on the far left, supports a two-state solution are not in favour of donations to political candidates.
Earlier this year, Democrats came to expect that the division of views in the party asked after Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar, the charges of anti-Semitism, after they accused AIPAC pay politicians support of Israel.

Pelosi Omar called to apologize for the use of “anti-Semitic set pieces and damaging allegations about Israel supporters.” In response, promised Omar Pelosi, fellow legislators and voters that they “listen and learn, but stay strong.”
