President Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani said on Wednesday night that the Democrats are afraid to call the continuation of its investigation in Russia and the Müller report hearing a “charge.”

Giuliani was referring to Democrats’ subpoenas and requests for more information in the Russia investigation. He said that although the Congress has power of subpoena, there used to be a “proper legislative purpose.”
