President Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani said on Wednesday night that the Democrats are afraid to call the continuation of its investigation in Russia and the Müller report hearing a “charge.”
“This is a huge burden for the Executive and the courts have to deal a way to,” Giuliani told Fox News’ Laura Ingraham during an appearance in The “Ingraham angle.”
Giuliani was referring to Democrats’ subpoenas and requests for more information in the Russia investigation. He said that although the Congress has power of subpoena, there used to be a “proper legislative purpose.”
