The Belgian band remains anyway exist, but Maarten Devoldere, Simon Casier and Jinte Deprez car will soon have all three on a solo album. This is reported by Balthazar himself on his Facebook page.
For Maarten Devoldere, cofrontman of Balthazar, is the solo project is not new. He plays there for several years live, first under the pseudonym of Anderlecht, later, Moreau and now Warhaus. With a loopstation and a smoke machine, he is soon on the stages of, among others, Les Nuits Botanique and Pukkelpop, and an album is planned for this autumn.
Simon Casier is a bass player at Balthasar, Douglas Firs and Senne Guns and producer of the new album, his love, Noémie Wolfs. For Zimmerman he will have the bass to trade for a guitar, and he will also sit behind the microphone.
Also, Jinte Deprez, singer-guitarist of Balthazar, go on soloavontuur, as J. Bernart. About his mysterious side project is hardly something well-known.
