In the house of Aretha Franklin are three handwritten wills are found with respect to the estate of the singer, reports news agency AP on Tuesday on the basis of a statement of the lawyer of the in August 2018 deceased singer.
The latest testament is dated march 2014. In the text divides the singer her possessions among her family members. According to the lawyer was the four-page testament found under the cushions of the couch in the living room.
Two earlier versions of the testament, which date back to 2010, were found in a closed cabinet. The key of the cabinet was found recently.
David Bennett, the lawyer of Franklin, says that the handwriting of the singer himself. Some passages are difficult to read. Also, some parts doorgekrast and there are words in the margins written.
