The 23-year-old woman who fell 80 feet from a balcony in San Pedro, Mexico, following the practice of “extreme yoga”, has shared an update, which says it is recovering, “come in.”

In August, a college student, Alex Terrazas, was photographed practicing yoga poses, hanging upside down over a balcony railing, with her knees bent. She lost her balance and fell from the sixth floor of the building, causing her to break 110 to the bones, and to undergo 11 hours of surgery, according to the Mexican newspaper El Universal.

Now, almost two months later, the wife revealed that she is recovering well, in spite of the massive injuries she sustained, according to published reports.

In August, a college student, Alex Terrazas, was photographed hanging upside down over a balcony railing, with her knees bent, practicing a yoga pose for a drop of 80 feet.

According to the Mexican news outlet Milenio, Terrazas has made significant improvements in their health.

“I really want to have to send you a thank you so much for so many prayers, so many good vibes, I’m very tall, and because of that, I’ve made a lot of progress, even the doctors were shocked, and they didn’t believe that my body could respond so quickly,” she said, in an English translation, Milenio reported.

The outlet reported that the Terrace has recently had an operation on her back to help restore the mobility of her arms and hands. Also, they will be given daily physical therapy.

Even though the food the student, reportedly, it will be necessary to have more surgeries in the future, as they have been supportive of the recovery.

“Thank God, it was such a great day yesterday, I had a lot of progress, I have had the opportunity to stop in for the first time in nearly a month-and-a-half, and I would be alone, and I got a lot of stuff yesterday, so I am very proud of it,” she said, in a translation reported by Milenio.
