There is no universal agreement as to when the “Happy Hour” begins, but one thing that national service providers of the beverage may have been, it is that customers will have to wait until the bar is actually open.

Seattle police, however, say that the fundamental rule was observed by one female, who was arrested Monday morning for allegedly breaking into a bar and start drinking before the 8 a.m. opening.

Donna Martin, 35, was found sitting in Slainte’s Public House, a bar in Georgetown is located about 15 miles north of Lexington, when the staff came out to the opening on Monday, police said.

The woman was seen to sit at the bar,” the Georgetown Police department wrote on Facebook. Would they have broke into the bar early in the morning and stayed there till the employees came in to open the box.”
