Giuliani: President Trump wants to give his side of the case

On ‘Fox & Friends’ President ‘Trump’ s lawyer, says the Russia-investigation should be thrown away.

The White house is reportedly seeking a briefing on the information that lawmakers received on Thursday in relation to classified documents in connection with Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into the Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential elections.

Rudy Giuliani, one of Trump’s attorneys, told the Associated Press on Friday that the White house is hoping to get a handout of the information next week, specifically in relation to a government informant, according to reports, the members of the Trump campaign was approached in an attempt to collect intelligence on Russia’s efforts to influence the election.

Giuliani said that, if the alleged spying is “inappropriate”, then “we might have a completely illegitimate investigation,” referring to the Miller-probe.

He then the material is called, is compiled by former FBI Director James Comey, before he was fired.

“Coupled with Comey is illegally said the leaked memos, that is to say, the whole thing was a mistake and should never have happened,” Giuliani. “We would justice demand to evaluate the Ministry to confirm that you have made a mistake. It is a waste of $20 million of the taxpayers ‘ money. The whole thing is a waste of money.”

President Donald Trump, the legal team can take what you learn to the Ministry of justice, in the hope of stymieing the ongoing special counsel’s probe.

Trump has called the informant reported the dig during his election campaign as a “spy”, and said: “it is one of the biggest political scandals in history!”

The President has also the unproven allegations of FBI misconduct and political bias.

Comey, has stood by his decision, by one of his memos with a friend in the hope that it is the media, and claims he has done nothing wrong.

If Giuliani files complaints, you would probably fall on the Desk of the Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who appointed Mueller in the last year, the following Comey’s displacement. Rosenstein also worked for the Thursday briefings.

The FBI and the justice Department on Thursday held a pair of high-level briefings for the legislature, in an effort to ease Republican pressure on the issue of Russia’s investigation, in the midst of Trump’s outrage over the revelations of a confidential informant in contact with some of his advisors during the 2016 campaign.

“What motivates him? What kind of information you are looking for, from him? What did you get?” Giuliani asked Friday. “You do not get obviously incriminating information or we would have by now. And why you hide it so long? There is a large hide that here for over a year, since the President said that he had been intercepted by the police.”

So far, 19 people, including trump, a former campaign Chairman and former national security Advisor, in charge, in Müller’s study. Three former trump aides have pleaded guilty and is cooperating with the investigation.

After the meeting — which were originally offered to the Republicans, but, to a meeting in the afternoon for the party alleged cross-members of Congress-Democrats, they saw no evidence to believe that the FBI acted inappropriately.

U.S. sen Lindsey Graham, R-S. C., was not in the meetings, but, in a radio interview Friday, broke the President to say that a “confidential source to be a spy,” although he pointed out that through investigations in campaigns.

The presence of a White house lawyer, Emmet flood, and the White house chief of staff John Kelly, alarmed by Democrats at the briefing on the officials in respect of information to share from the meetings Trump legal advantage. But the Director of National Intelligence, Dan Coats said, the two on the left “than planned, before the substantive part of the meeting began, and there was a relay to the President the desire for as much openness as possible under the law.”

Giuliani said it would be appropriate for trump informed about the results.

“He is not the subject or the target of the investigation. He should know what is being discussed,” said Giuliani, the former mayor of New York City and a former Federal Prosecutor. “Also, I assume that President Obama knew about it. And if Obama knew about it, why not trump?”

Giuliani also said the President would wait to decide whether you are going for an interview with Miller, until after you have seen a report on the briefings.

The White house has no evidence to support the trump card is the claim that President Barack Obama’s administration was trying to spy on you, his 2016 campaign for political reasons, and it remained unclear whether all the spying took place.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., an ardent trump supporters, demanded originally, the information on an FBI source in the Russian investigation.

Late Sunday, the Ministry of justice asked to investigate the watchdog, if it was inappropriate monitoring.

“If someone has to infiltrate or survey participants in a presidential campaign for inappropriate purposes, we need to know, and take appropriate action,” Rosenstein said in a statement announcing the move.
