Catholics can now take full advantage of the smart to the rosary, to pray for the peace of the world.
Vatican officials unveiled the eRosary portable armband on Tuesday. The device, which is actuated by the sign of the cross, and has been linked with the ‘Click to Pray’ in the app. Click to Pray the official prayer of the app of the Pope Francis ‘ Worldwide Prayer Network.
The “Click and Pray eRosary is an interactive, intelligent, app-powered portable device that serves as a resource to learn how to pray the rosary for peace in the world”, he said, the Vatican news service. “If checked, the user will have the option to choose in order to pray the standard rosary, a contemplative Rosary, and the various kinds of themed rosaries that will be updated every year.”

The eRosary is made up of ten black agate and hematite rosary beads and a “smart check” which stores the device’s information.
