A Texas mother said to be cursed, and shouted a racial slur, when she was arrested in a bar in the night from Sunday to Monday, an incident in which police say began when the 26-year-old left her baby in a car outside the facility while she was going to throw out some of the photos.
Samantha Vaughan, 26, was found at Trackside, a night club in Copperas Cove, just before 2 a.m., according to local reports. Minutes, the researchers said that they found the baby in the back seat of a car outside.

Samantha Vaughan, 26, was arrested after allegedly leaving her child in a running vehicle while taking shots at a night club in dallas, Texas.

The officers, who have been spotted Vaughan said she smelled “a strong odor commonly associated with the consumption of an alcoholic beverage on her person,” KWTX reported, citing an arrest warrant affidavit.

Vaughan allegedly told officers she was picking up her husband at the club, she went to the bathroom, and then to “sit with him while she is consumed with the pictures.”

The researchers said Vaughan “threw her on the forehead,” in the steel bar on the police vehicle twice, causing a cut to her head, when she was arrested.

Officials said a breathalyzer test determined her blood-alcohol level was 0.148. In the state of Texas defines intoxication with alcohol, if it is to have a blood alcohol content of 0.08 or more.
Vaughan was said to be responsible for the abandoned/endangering a child with intent to return.
