The revival of non-alcoholic: original drinks for each course

If you prefer non-alcoholic, but still want to enjoy something different? The virgin Piña Colada with Bionina Coconut Water is the perfect alternative. In addition, this mocktail is also a piece of prefer your line than the original. There is neither alcohol, nor coconut milk. Bionina Coconut Water is in fact based on coconut water, which is a lot less calories than coconut milk counts.

Virgin Piña Colada with Bionina Coconut Water


  • 10 cl Bionina Coconut Water
  • 1 fresh ananaseen
  • handful of sesame seeds
  • juice of half a lime
  • 20 cl of water
  • 30 g sugar
  • crushed ice


Mix sugar and water in a pan. Heat until all the sugar dissolves. Cut the pineapple into slices of about 1 cm. Heat a pan on a low heat. Fry a few slices of pineapple along with the sesame seeds until everything karamelliseert. Add the fried pineapple and sesame to the sugar water and leave for at least 4 hours pulling in a cool place.

Press the lemon and keep the juice separately. Put the remaining pineapple in a juicer or slow juicer.

Then pour all the ingredients that you have not used, 5 tablespoons of the pineapple juice and 2 tablespoons of the ananassiroop in a cocktail shaker and shake well.

Main course

A delicious, original lemonade, scores always and you can easily tune in to what you’re serving: do yourself a and use the same (or contrasting) seasonings as in your food. Fruits, herbs, tea: you can’t be so crazy to consider whether it can be used in a lemonade.

Another easy to make drink, this Tonic Framboise. Voice is the tonic in the main course (you have, for example, delicious not to sweet variants with lavender, elderflower, citrustoetsen,…) and you have a delicious non-alcoholic alternative for those obligatory wine.

Tonic Framboise


  • 200 ml tonic
  • 1 tbsp Mussini Balsamic Condiment with Rasperry of Oil & Vinegar (balsamic vinegar with raspberry)

Almdudler is a very adult version of lemonade. The drink is very tasty, but it also lends itself perfectly in (non-alcoholic) cocktails. The natural alpine herbs, such as lemon balm, sage, gentian, elderflower and sunhat, for dessert, for example, good mixing with the hot taste of peppermint.



  • 2/3 Almdudler
  • 1/3 cold peppermint tea
  • Hint of lime
  • Sprig of fresh mint


Difficult is this: pour everything into a glass, finish with lime, mint and some ice and you can go enjoy the dessert.
