Lawmakers demand probe into “special” treatment of Clinton

Rep. Matt Gaetz sounds on the ‘double standard’ in the FBI investigation.

Allegations of anti-Trump bias inside Special Counsel Robert Mueller, the team of the revival of the Republican demands for a “double-standard” to the Ministry of justice, with the GOP critics say, Hillary Clinton enjoyed a relatively “special” treatment, if you has been studied, via your personal E-Mail use as the Secretary of state.

“Hillary Clinton receives special justice, and at the same time, we are siccing people who hate the President … on him, and the unjust is deeply real,” Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., Fox & Friends said “” on Wednesday morning.

“Hillary Clinton receives special justice, and at the same time, we are siccing people who hate the President … on him, and that’s deeply unfair.”

Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla.

Gaetz and other house Republicans have asked FBI Director Christopher Wray for an investigation into the FBI’s treatment of Clinton and then-candidate Donald Trump during the 2016 campaign. Gaetz has specifically sought information about former FBI boss Andrew McCabe said in an E-Mail last fall that the Clinton case was referred to as “special.”

The new revelations about members of the Müller-team stirred up yet more of these concerns.

It emerged over the weekend, FBI officials Peter Strzok after allegedly anti-Trump send texts to an FBI lawyer, with whom he was romantically involved, was removed from the Müller probe over the summer.

Then on Tuesday, the conservative advocacy group Judicial Watch, a published E-Mail shows a Miller Deputy praised the outgoing acting Attorney General Sally Yates, after the ban was fired in January of trump for the rejection of the defence of his controversial trip.

The E-Mail, obtained by the justice to See through a Federal lawsuit, shows that on the night of Jan. 30, Andrew Weissmann wrote to Yates under the subject line “I’m so proud.”

He continued, “And in awe. Thank you so very much. All my deepest respect.”

Special Counsel Robert Mueller, the probe is a new control from Republicans.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton called the new Weissmann-the document is a “surprising and disturbing.”

President Trump has seized on the reports of Strzok views, the attention to his role in the Clinton E-Mail inquiry, and refers to him as “tainted” and “very dishonest.”

Fox News confirmed that Strzok watched the FBI interviews with former national security Advisor Mike Flynn, pleaded guilty last week to lying to Federal investigators.

He was also present at the FBI in July 2016 interview with Clinton at the end of the E-Mail investigation, shortly before then-FBI Director James Comey called their actions “extremely reckless” with no recommendation of criminal charges.

Gaetz said Wednesday that a “double standard” is applied, joining other house Republicans who also want to know which role played the Strzok in the controversial anti-Trump dossier made its way to the FBI last year.

Using a term popular with a trump-allied Republicans, Gaetz called for the cleaning out of the “deep state” of people “who are so biased against Donald Trump.”

A report in the Daily Caller also noted that while Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to investigators, top Clinton aides Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills will not face punishment for telling investigators that they were not aware of Clinton’s private server only after leaving the state Department – although E-Mail exchanges to put something else close to it.

In a statement over the weekend responding to the Strzok reports, special counsel spokesman Peter Carr Miller said the office removed Strzok from the Russian probe,” immediately after learning of the allegations,” the anti-Trump texts.

Separately, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., a contempt resolution against leaders in the Ministry of justice and the FBI threatens to, if you don’t have the most important information in connection with the dossier, and other topics.

Fox News has learned that the DOJ is now in the process of handing over of the Strzok anti-Trump-text-messages. It is unclear whether this Committee Republicans meet.

The DOJ also has the office of the speaker of the house of representatives be contacted to establish Paul Ryan, a date for Strzok appearance before the House Intelligence Committee, personnel, together with two other witnesses, long sought by the Nunes team.

The Ministry of justice claimed that it was as a response to the house panel requirements, including private briefings for the Board staff of senior DOJ and FBI personnel, and the production of several hundred pages of classified materials, in a secure reading room, in the DOJ headquarters on Oct. 31.

A DOJ spokeswoman said on Sunday, you’ll committees “continue to work with Congress to provide the information you have requested, in accordance with our national security.”

Fox News’ Catherine Herridge, Jake Gibson and James contributed roses to this report.
