The Republicans have not signaled that they doubt graphics new allegations passed on Tuesday Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination for the Supreme Court to abandon than in the public by lawyer Michael Avenatti, and Kavanaugh to the fact that he never with a sexual assault.
Avenatti on Tuesday tweeted an “affidavit” by a woman named Julie Swetnick, claimed that Supreme Court nominee was involved in gang rapes in the early 1980s. You claimed that Kavanaugh was “present”, if you are a “victim” of this alleged assault. Swetnick the charges followed allegations of sexual misconduct during high school and college against Kavanaugh of two other women. Kavanaugh has denied all the allegations and responded to Avenatti statement by saying: “This is ridiculous, and out of the Twilight Zone. I don’t know who he is, and that never happened.”
Late Wednesday, The Wall Street Journal reports that about 10 years ago, Swetnick retained the law firm of Katz, Marshall & Banks, represent you in a legal dispute with her former employer, the insurance company New York Life, a sexual harassment complaint Swetnick had brought.

Avenatti is a third-rate lawyer who is good at false accusations, as he is to me and the way he is now, judge Brett Kavanaugh do. He is just looking for attention and don’t want to see the people, as his past record and relationships – a total low-life!

“I have a lot of facts, evidence that what you say is not true at all,” said Vinneccy, who declined to comment further on Swetnick claims against Kavanaugh.

I have a difficult time believing that every person would go to more – according to the affidavit – ten parties over a two-year period, where the women are routine raped by a moderate speed and do not report.

E-Mails obtained Wednesday by Fox News between Mike Davis, chief counsel for nominations to work for the Chairman of the legal Committee, Chuck Grassley, and attorney Michael Avenatti showed that Grassley will get the staff of outreach efforts to a statement of Swetnick.
In response to Avenatti, the claim that the Committee “wasted days wasted in their haste to confirm, Brett Kavanaugh,” as well as his demands for an FBI investigation, polygraph examination of Kavanaugh and other requirements, Davis outlines the steps that the justice Committee took in response to his client’s allegations.
Below is my correspondence to Mr Davis from moments before, along with an affidavit from my client. We demand an immediate FBI investigation of the allegations. Under no circumstances will a Brett Kavanaugh should not be confirmed, lacks a complete and comprehensive investigation. pic.twitter.com/QHbHBbbfbE

“You are simply wrong that the Committee investigators are just now starting an investigation of her allegations,” Davis said Avenatti. “Judge Kavanaugh has question in full, together with Committee investigators, including the response to each. Your customer is ready to a similar interview with Committee investigators?”
For his part, President Trump fired back at Avenatti – who represents the adult-film star Stormy Daniels in a lawsuit against the President, and who flirts with a 2020 Democratic White house bid – as someone with a history of “false accusations.”
“Avenatti is a third-rate lawyer who is good at false accusations, as he tweeted to me and the way he is now, do judge Brett Kavanaugh,” Trump. “He is just looking for attention and don’t want to see the people, as his past record and relationships – a total low-life!”
In front of journalists in New York, the President, the hope, Kavanaugh expressed would be confirmed by the Senate soon, in spite of the allegations.
“Hopefully in the next few days it will be settled and solved, and we have a Supreme Court justice, will go down as one of our largest ever,” said the President.
Sen. Lindsey Graham, a Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee, tweeted that he hopes that people “very suspicious of this claim, presented by Michael Avenatti,” questioning parts of the Swetnick history.
“I tweeted a difficult time, the faith, every man would go down to continue – in accordance with the affidavit – ten parties over a two-year period, where the women are routine raped by a moderate speed and do not sign it,” Graham, R-S. C.,.
Arizona sen. Jeff Flake, a key Republican votes, said on Wednesday during a floor speech, that he his opinion of the Thursday’s scheduled Committee hearing with both Kavanaugh and Ford.
Ford has force try the accused Kavanaugh, to to to you during a party, while she was 15 and he was 17. Kavanaugh has also accused to have been from a second wife expose herself during a college party at Yale-which he has denied.
Trump pretends he is a tough guy. He is nothing of the sort. He grew up spoiled with a silver spoon in his mouth and a Golden toilet under his butt. He was all delivered. This is why the majority of America and the UN laughs at him and calls him a con. But at least Putin is a fan

Say “I’m not a clairvoyant,” Flake. “I’m not with the gift of clairvoyance. In view of these limitations, I will listen to the testimony before I give my opinion on the testimony.”
So far, despite the chaos caused by the Avenatti allegations, the hearing is still scheduled for Thursday morning.
Meanwhile, Democrats Avenatti s assertion seized, with all 10 Democratic members of the Senate Committee on judiciary Trump the insistence on “immediate” return the nomination or to an FBI investigation.
“We are writing to request that the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh, an Associate Justice of the Supreme court or directly to the FBI immediately come back to re-open your background investigation and to thoroughly examine the said several allegations of sexual assault,” the Democrats.
A Democrat, Sen. Jeff Merkley, he said, was so far to ask the courts to stop Kavanaugh’s confirmation process to file a federal lawsuit until “Kavanaugh full data set is available for public inspection.
“The events of the last ten days have only underlined how important it is that the Senate ore of the implementation of a careful and comprehensive review of the candidacy, before he made his consent,” Merkley, D -., said.

It contains mentions of prom, is to be grounded, birthday parties, lifting weights and the survey on the Yale and Brown universities.
