While top Democrats have not work on their position, others on Capitol Hill to be budged, until a compromise; chief congressional correspondent Mike Emanuel reports.

Democratic Republic of Pramila Jayapal claimed on MSNBC on Thursday that President Trump ‘ s real-agenda, “native America” is not with “immigrants” or “people of color” in the country and shut down all legal immigration.

Jayapal, D-Wash., from the comments on the 20th day of the partial government shutdown — a competitive trump, the demand for 5.7 billion U.S. dollars in funding for a wall or barrier on the southern border.

As Democrats claim that the safety warnings on the border “produced,” Jayapal went much further, when asked by MSNBC, liberal host Chris Hayes whether the debate goes deeper than simple disagreements over a wall. Hayes, who said earlier in the show, also sections from Trumpf-the Basis of “an ethnically pure America” — the Congressman echoed something that your answer.

“This has still never said about a wall,” Jayapal. “He actually had funding a few years ago, or a year ago, against a wall. It was part of a deal that was proposed. Not all of us agreed to the offer, but it was suggested to him, and he turned away, because his goal is, as you said, to America in the sense that they are not immigrants, people of color, the here a on and off any form of legal immigration, they throw a bone to people like that.”

Hayes is not out of the question Jayapal on the cheeky claim. Jayapal then cited her own background as an immigrant from India, the brand Trump the plans as “deeply offensive.”

“And I must say, as an immigrant herself, she is so deeply offensive to see the damage he caused to the people of the country, the people, the fear of the people do not feel that they belong to, the people who apply for asylum, who can no longer, even though it is legal, asylum seeking, and not only on a legal port of entry,” she said.

She said Trump has been trying to essentially end legal immigration, and a reduction of legal immigration levels, the agenda of the white supremacists of a group.

“This is the agenda of the [adviser] Steve Miller. It is a long time, the agenda of these white supremacists group, fueling him to the base. And that is what is so disturbing,” she said.

However, Trump on Friday made it clear that he continues to support legal immigration for skilled workers, say changes are coming for temporary H1-B visas for high-tech and other skilled workers.

“H1-B holders in the United States can be sure that the changes in the two simplicity and certainty for your stay to come soon, including a possible path to citizenship. We want to promote the talented and to keep track of highly skilled people, and the career options in the United States,” he tweeted.

Both Trump and Democrats have warned that the shutdown could last months. Trump has since warned that he is ready to declare a national emergency, so that he has additional powers, the wall of the building, without the approval of Congress-something that is in front of fierce resistance from Democrats.

While controversial, trump picked up some support in Congress. Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S. C., said Thursday that “it’s time for President Trump to use emergency powers to Finance the construction of a border wall/ barrier.”
