The police save the child of a SUV teeters on the hill after the ODs driver

PITTSBURGH – Police in Pittsburgh say an SUV with a child in the back seat almost flipped over a steep hill after the driver and the passenger overdosed on what investigators believe was heroin.

Officers responded to the report of a vehicle off the road on Monday afternoon. The officials of the Chevy Blazer, tipping precariously in the direction of the hill.

The Tribune-Review reports of the driver and passenger were slumped in the chair in front of me and a young child was crying in the back seat.

Officers had to remove the driver and the passenger of the two-door SUV of the child.

The driver, identified as 32-year-old Mark Cuda, faces charges including recklessly endangering, driving under the influence and child endangering.

Passenger Brandon Wible facing several drug charges. No attorney information is available online.
