The Chicago police have asked for help in identifying a masked man who shot and killed two members of an Orthodox Jewish community over the course of two days, with the year-ago period.
“We have exhausted all of the active and useful leads, and are asking for the public’s help,” said Commander Robert Cesario, the Area to the North of the Detectives, at a news conference on Tuesday. “We know that there is someone out there who is innocent, which will help you get to the chapter, this research needs to be done now,” he added.

The two murders took place in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood.
