A 2-year-old Ohio boy with cerebral palsy and is in a charming people, with a rousing Halloween costume.
For his first trick-or-treating on clothing, toddler, Brantley Morse is dressing up as Carl from the Pixar movie “Up,” complete with a bow tie and balloons.

Brantley’s mom said that she wanted to take up the medical equipment in the suit (his walker seems to be the reed and Carl in the film) in order to “show the world that Brantley has been to make the absolute best out of his disability,” to the Akron Children’s Hospital, wrote on Facebook.
Brantley was born prematurely at 24 weeks at 1 pound, 11 ounces and spent the first six months in the NICU at Akron Children’s Hospital.
He has been fighting cerebral palsy stage 3 kidney disease, chronic lung disease, and gastroparesis.
