The parents of a Houston infant who passed away at 96 easily charged in her death, police

The parents of a 10-week-old Houston baby, this week, was arrested after an autopsy found their daughter had suffered more than a 90-fractures and a cracked skull, after she was brought home from the hospital, in the last year, according to police.

Jazmine Robin, who was born prematurely, died on July 15, prosecutors said Monday. Her father, Jason, Paul, Robin, 24, has been charged with the murder. Her mother, Katharine, This, White, 21, has been charged with injury to a child by omission.

“The evidence shows that the Baby is Jazmine fell victim to the very people who protect hair the most in this world,” Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg said. “After a full and thorough investigation of the facts, we have filed and will seek justice for the young, Jazmine.”
