The 22-year-old Brandon Theesfeld, from Fort Worth, Texas, made his first appearance in the shooting death of a Ally, Kostial, with a marketing major at the University of Mississippi-School of Business Administration; get to know Jake Thompson, a reporter for the Oxford Eagle.
The 21-year-old University of Mississippi student who was a friend claimed that it was “difficult” because of her alleged murderer, “for the year,” died of “multiple gunshot wounds,” according to a preliminary autopsy report released Wednesday.
The Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department announced the results of the report on Wednesday and be formally excluded, Kostial, the death a homicide.
Fellow Ole Miss student Brandon Theesfeld, 22, was on Monday arrested and charged with Kostial for the murder. Authorities said Theesfeld, was taken into custody at a gas station in Tennessee. Law enforcement officials told Fox 13 In Memphis, and that Theesfeld was found with the clothing, which was blood.

Kostial, was found dead late Saturday in the vicinity of a lake in Harmontown, which is about 30 miles from the Ole Miss campus in Oxford.

On Tuesday, a woman who said Kostial, was one of her “best friend”, tweeted by Theesfeld: “He sexually harassed her for years, but had been using her for years, I’ve spent countless nights holding company, Ally is close, drying her tears on this monster for years to come.”
“You deserve hell, you disgusting excuse for a human being,” the woman added in.” … Well, you’ll never take it away from her sunshine”.
Tony Farese, a lawyer who is representing Theesfeld, ” he said, and another Mississippi attorney, Steve Farese, Sr., held on a Wednesday evening. He declined to comment specifically on the bullying claims against his client.
“We are in the process of the investigation of the events surrounding the charges against our client,” Farese said in a statement via e-mail to Fox News. “It’s a lot to be asked for further clarification on this matter.”
Theesfeld’s father, Daniel Theesfeld, said in a statement to WMC-TV that his son is innocent.”
“I have every reason to believe that. I can’t share right now,” he added.

Kostial, was last seen at the stop in front of the door of a bar in Oxford, on Friday night, but apparently it’s not in there. Instead, officials told WLBT-TV that a 21-year-old went into the house around midnight, before, apparently, leaving the house, once again, unbeknownst to her family.
It is not clear how Kostial got a friend to Harmontown.
The University of Mississippi, confirmed to Fox News on Tuesday that Theesfeld was a student in the School of Business Administration, and has been suspended. Fox News has also learned to Theesfeld, participated in the Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps program at San Marcos Academy in Texas. He completed his studies at the college prep academy, before moving to Ole Miss, where he majored in marketing.

Kostial was working toward a bachelor’s degree in the field of marketing. Her father, Keith Kostial, posted on Facebook that his daughter had to attend summer school, and teaching fitness classes at the university.
