Surveillance video released by police shows a University of Mississippi student, Ally, Kostial, the exit of a bar in Oxford, Mississippi.
Surveillance video shows the final moments of the University of Mississippi, student, Ally Kostial was seen alive hours before she was discovered in the vicinity of a lake shot to death.
The video was released by the city of Oxford, and shows the 21-year-old walking out of Oxford, Miss. the bar is in what looks like a white t-shirt and blue jeans. Kostial, it is seen in the embrace of a man and left the bar at about 11:52 a.m. and may be picked up minutes later in a gray minivan.
Kostial, the roommate said of the 21-year-old came home at midnight. Several hours later found her body about 30 miles from the university of the land in the vicinity of a lake in Harmontown. It is not clear what happened between then and when her body was found in Harmontown in the morning.

The Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department said Wednesday that a preliminary autopsy determined Kostial, died from “multiple gunshot wounds” and are formally excluded from the death as a homicide. A classmate of Brandon, A., Theesfeld, Texas, has been charged with murder.

Theesfeld, was arrested Monday at a gas station in Baltimore is about 60 miles away from where Kostial’s body was discovered, and where authorities had tracked his cell phone, and credit card information, FOX13 Memphis, has been reported. The Surveillance photos from the gas station, it is obtained by FOX13 show Theesfeld, wearing an Ole Miss t-shirt, and as he was walking to the train station.
When he was arrested, Theesfeld was the clothes that appeared at the blood on them, and a gun was found inside the vehicle, law enforcement officials told FOX13.

A former neighbor of the Theesfeld, Rex Ravita, said KMOV4 that he was “arrogant”, when the two lived in the same dorm for a year at the university.
“I’m not going to sugar coat it, he was pretty much a daddy’s boy, type, and constantly had to refer to his father’s money, and how his father was to him nothing but attitude the whole time,” Ravita said to the tv station. “Any kind of vulgar comment that he would be able to say some kind of rude comments to everyone in our dorm, one of the women.”

Ravita was added Kostial, and Theesfeld, dated on and off for a couple of years, and that he felt that it was “surprising”
“I really do believe that he manipulated her emotionally to make her believe that he loved her the same way she did, and I think he had her on the hook until the last second,” Ravita told KMOV4.
