A photobombing monkey, and gave the one-finger salute to the demise of the family holiday snaps in a Bali forest.

The family of five from Queensland, Australia, was asked to be a tour guide to take their picture, framed by the island’s native long-tailed monkeys.

“We were only in Bali for a week, and I thought it would be fun to go on a day trip. As part of the tour, we went to the monkey forest. I thought it was a great experience,” the mother, Judy Hicks, 37, said.

“As I was scrolling through the pictures afterwards, I noticed that one of them is that the monkey is actually giving us the finger. I told my husband, and we began to laugh as well. We all thought it was hilarious. The monkey could have been the joker’s persona is going on.

“We had a great time there, and this is the funny pictures made it even better. I posted the picture on my Facebook and Instagram and all of my family and friends thought it was hilarious. The experience was one of the highlights of our trip, and the photo, itself, is something that we will be able to look back on to remember.”
