Visitors to the Mexican state of Baja California Sur, would be to start with an $18.50 tax on a Saturday morning.
The government said last week that it will begin charging the tax on the Nov. 9. The state is home to the popular resort towns of Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo and La Paz.

The tax is applied to foreign tourists and will be paid for at the airport kiosk. State officials have said the tax is for the use of the Infrastructure, and it will be used for social service work.
