A man is confronted by a woman who said that he had been exposed to an STI, refused to take the action in a text-message exchange that has gone viral.
A screenshot of the conversation posted on Reddit, and the woman said to the man with whom they have contracted chlamydia, and that she was sure of who it was coming from.

“I’m going to get tested with every new person, and my most recent a new unprotected connection, and I am sure anything of this,” she wrote, apparently, on a dating app.
The man, identified as Joshua, and said, simply: “Oh”, in which the unidentified woman said, “No comment?”

Joshua went on to explain that “it is hard to believe that she got the STD from him, saying, “I haven’t had any symptoms for over a year.”
“Ok, well just to tell you, bc, for the results, and literally haven’t slept with anyone else, and it was checked before,” the woman said. “I’m not angry or anything, but … just so you know.”
Apparently you are not at home, Joshua continued to push back at the suggestion of the sexually transmitted illness came from him. “Not the first girl to come and say that I gave it to them when I didn’t, so I could care less,” he wrote.

Redditors were surprised by the man’s cavalier attitude towards such a serious issue. “Not a girl”.. well, okay then, case solved, you’ve got it,” one Reddit user commented.
“Lol, this guy thinks that its not the first girl to tell him that he is in the spread of Std’s for a week or two,” said one of the others.
A lot of commenters pointed out how the women handle the conversation, in spite of man’s wars and the attitude. “She’s handling that pretty well. Especially after that last comment,” one person wrote.
As a Redditor, specifically focusing on the man’s claims that he is not anything because he is not exhibiting symptoms.

“Chlamydia is usually asymptomatic. Only 30% of women and 10% of men actually have symptoms,” the Redditor wrote. Another added, “Chlamydia often has no symptoms, and it is easy to deal with and heal it, so either way, this guy is an idiot.”
One Redditor jokingly pointed out a silver lining: “On the plus side, he’s going to likely to end up infertile.”
