A 49-year-old Texas man was arrested and charged with capital murder in the death of a woman whose body was found inside her burning SUV, according to the Dallas police department.

“I can still hear her laugh and her smile. I mean, she was just being happy and cheerful all the time. She celebrated life with all that she had,” said Angela Aragon, her maternal aunt, according to the news outlet.
