The University of Utah student, who has disappeared after ordering a Lyft, and be dropped off at a local park last week and it was a text message to someone before they went missing, police in Salt Lake City, told Fox News exclusively, saying they have a surveillance video and a digital path that in order to prove it to you.

On “Shepard Smith Reporting” on Monday, the Salt Lake City Assistant police chief Tim Doubt, told Smith that the researchers have talked to, the last known person to interact with the 23-year-old Mackenzie Lueck, before they are gone and that person, along with their research.

The revelation came a day after police released images of the “last known footage” of a Lueck was taken from surveillance cameras in the Salt Lake City International Airport. The pictures showed her at the airport from 2:09 to 2:40 pm on 17 June, about twenty minutes before a Lyft driver dropped her off at Hatch Park in North Salt Lake, according to police.

“We know she was texting someone at the airport,” Doubt, told Smith on Monday, adding that investigators were looking into it.

Lueck flew out to Salt Lake City to Los Angeles after attending her grandmother’s funeral, Lueck, friend, Kennedy, Stoner, told Fox News on Tuesday. Doubt, said, Lueck, was last seen at a meeting with an unknown person at the park.

“I know that [the funeral] was a very traumatic experience for her,” Stoner said. “She was very close to her grandmother. She’s close with all of her family members. So, I had texted her on the weekend, just to let you know that I have to be there for her, and if there was anything that I could do it, but after that, I didn’t hear [anything].”

The police told reporters on Tuesday they could not confirm the make or model of the car that can be picked up Lueck, of Hatch Park, or in the description of the person.

“The description we have is incomplete. It could be a man or a woman,” to Doubt, told reporters, adding: “We have exhausted all the possibilities of the control of the information, and ask that person to give us a call.”

When speaking with Smith on Wednesday, They confirmed it was out of character for Lueck to cut all contact with her family completely.

He also said that investigators were looking into its history of online activities in the period leading up to her disappearance.

Lueck’s parents said they last heard from her around 1 a.m. on the 17th of June, when the Mackenzie texted them and told them her flight had landed.

The police have established a dedicated tip line specifically for the Lueck case on Monday and is a Doubt, said the police department has already received dozens of tips.

Lueck has been a part-time job as a student in her final year of a master’s degree in kinesiology and pre-nursing. She is a graduate student at the university since the year 2014 and has been a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
