A U.S. Federal judge in Los Angeles on Monday appeared ready to throw in, adult film actress Stormy Daniels slander reported lawsuit against the President, Donald Trump free-speech grounds, Reuters.

Daniels’ attorney Michael Avenatti said the tweet damaged their credibility through the representation of you as a liar. Trump’s lawyers have asked a Federal judge in Los Angeles dismissed the lawsuit.

Judge S. James Otero said Monday that the U.S. Constitution protects the guarantee of free speech Trump of slander, but does not give you a formal decision.
