The Head of the Virginia governor’s medical school knew racist photo, but kept quiet

A probe into Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam’s Eastern Virginia Medical School-Yearbook — which featured a racist photo of a man in blackface standing next to someone in the Ku-Klux-Klan-robe — revealed that the school, the President, donated to the Democrat campaign, knew of the picture but decided against the action.

The firm is investigating the origin and the content of that racist photo that appeared on Northam’s page is not said in the Yearbook, 1984, on Wednesday, the investigators were able to determine whether the Governor is one of the people you see on the photo, or have any other direct connection to him.

Fox News received a copy of the 1984 Yearbook page from the Eastern Virginia Medical School library in Norfolk.

But the EVM investigation report announced that the school had met President Richard Homann — donor Northam campaign — about the racist Yearbook photo from his staff, asking questions, whether the policy was included in the Homann’s decision, not the Problem.

“The staff were advising the President in the time of the photos and asked if EVM is the duty of had, or something about it should do, how to read a communication from the Governor Northam,” the report said.

Employees told investigators that they thought would be the Governor “already aware of what his own personal Yearbook-page”, while Homan insisted, moving forward to, instead of resorting to photos from the past.

According to the Washington Free Beacon, Homann Northam supports political ambitions since 2013. He donated $1,000 to Northam campaign for Lieutenant Governor. He wore then a further $1,000, if Northam ran for Governor and later donated $10.000, – on his inaugural Committee in the year 2017.

On behalf of the EVM, McGuire woods, investigators said they could not “determine conclusively,” the identities of the two people in the 35-year-old photos were in order for all interested parties exactly where you, as the scandal first broke nearly four months.

Northam first two excuses were within hours after the publication of the photos. He reversed course the next day and said he was not convinced, he was one of the pictured men. But he has betrayed, he wore blackface once, decades ago, to look like Michael Jackson for a dance competition.

The 36-page report, found no one, “with first-hand knowledge of a factual error on a page, including all of the personal page, in the 1984 Yearbook,” and no evidence that the photo was in the error, the report said.

The report identified 10 photographs of people in blackface based on the firm’s review of the EVM of the year books, to the school.
