The Giudice family reacts to Joe’s deportation appeal denial: ‘We are fighters’

After serving a 41-month sentence for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud, former ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey” stars Giuseppe ” Joe ” Giudice has been transferred to the U.S. immigration and customs enforcement (ICE) custody.

On Thursday, news broke that her father’s deportation appeal was denied, and is a step closer to possibly going back to his native Italy.

“Photos, memories, and that is the only thing that has given my family so far,” the 18-year-old captioned her post on social media.

“We are fighters, but my father is someone who is one of the most important people in my life. Not a day goes by where we don’t love you, miss you, and fight for you with all our heart. You will be with us soon daddy. I love you so much. #bringjoehome,” she added.

Giudice and his reality TV star wife, Teresa, also part of three other daughters: Gabriella, 14, and Milania, 13, and Audriana, 9.

She has also responded to the news on social media with a picture of her family decorating of eggs at a previous Easter.

“Joe and the girls decorate eggs, days like this I love having photos,” the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star wrote.

The Giudice’s lawyer, James J. Leonard Jr., told Fox News in a statement on Thursday: “We are very disappointed that the Board of Immigration Appeals has denied the Lord Giudice the profession. We have submitted an application for a stay with the Third Court of Appeals, and will continue to fight for the Lord Giudice in the United States, the only country he knows, and reunite him with his wife and four daughters.”

Since his release from prison after completing his 41-month sentence for fraud charges, Giudice has been living in an ICE facility in western Pennslyvania. No official deportation date has not yet been established.
