Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said that investigators caught up with a Amazon’s the driver for the theft of a customer’s package, but it didn’t help the company in its investigation. Amazon later apologized.

Judd said that investigators broke up the action and arrested Jose Campos, 27, on Thursday on burglary and theft charges in connection with the theft of a package he delivered, to an address in Davenport on Dec. 19.
