A Federal appeals court has kept in place an agreement for President Trump to pay millions of dollars in settlements for the failure of Trump University.

The San Francisco-based three-judge panel said in a 21-page ruling on Tuesday that a student not referred to the request from the $25 million settlement before it was completed, it was the right thing to do.

Sherry Simpson was teaching failed in which, the claimed, University officials committed fraud, real estate selling techniques. Simpson wanted to pursue her own lawsuit, instead of the class-action settlement.

But the judge said, is pursuing a separate tort in this stage would be too distracting for the lengthy, complex legal disputes, which should be completed in about.
