The arrests come after the Montgomery County signs an order restricting the officers from asking about immigration status or cooperating with the ICE cream.
An illegal immigrant from El Salvador, who has been accused of sexual abuse of a minor, seven years old, and who had been ordered deported in 2010, is behind bars this week after allegedly being caught in Utah.
Elmer Castro, 41, was arrested on Tuesday in Ogden, the U. s. Marshals Service for the Violent Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team.

“Our mission is to catch the bad guys, the most violent among us,…” U. s. Marshal Matthew Harris said in a news release. “You know, I can tell you when we will be able to get a child predator off the streets, and for those of you who are in pain, and the abuse of our children, who are being arrested are the most rewarding.”
Elmer Castro allegedly raped a girl of seven years, starting when she was just five-years-old.
Castro allegedly began the abuse of a little girl in the Well, in 2008, when she was 5 years old and continued the abuse up to the end of 2015. He was ordered deported in 2010, “but it has remained in the United States of america, and on the run up to the time of his arrest,” according to the press release.
At the time of the arrest, mr. Castro was living around the corner from an elementary school, according to KUTV.

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers in North Carolina arrested Oscar Pacheco, a Honduran national, on Feb. 9 and after he had been released by the local authorities, who would have charged him with first-degree statutory rape and indecent liberties with a minor.
