AMSTERDAM (Reuters) – A Dutch court of appeals on Tuesday ruled the country’s two largest telecom providers, KPN NV, and is VodafoneZiggo, do not have to use their infrastructure to competitors.

The country’s consumer watchdog for EVERYTHING, had to put the two together, and it was a great deal of power over the retail market place. However, The Hague Court of Appeal has said in the PAST, had failed to prove the existence of such a combined force in the marketplace.”

KPN shares rocketed on the news of the trading 6.8% higher at 11:05 pm eastern standard time.
