AMSTERDAM (Reuters) – the british Secretary of state for Justice, Ferd Grapperhaus, on Tuesday said that the government will launch an investigation as to how a failure in the telecom and Royal KPN, the knock-out of the national emergency service number for a couple of hours.
The study will seek to determine “how, in this case, it may have been company, and as to why the back-ups didn’t do it right,” Grapperhaus, wrote in a letter to the national assembly.
A failure of KPN’s backbone networks on Monday morning, the ambulance, police, fire department and emergency for four hours.
