The dead and missing in China after tropical storm Hato
In the Chinese region of Macau are at least eight people died as a result of the tropical storm Hato, that Wednesday the area hit. Several people are still missing, said the Chinese overheidszender TDM Thursday. It’s the worst storm since 1968.
There were wind speeds measured up to 200 kilometers per hour. The city would be in a war zone like the storm causes a lot of inconvenience. So are flights cancelled, trains can run not and are parking garages flooded. Most casinos in Macau, for which the region is famous for, are open to the public. They have a generator.
Macau is located by the sea, in the south of China, near Hong Kong.
