The Cranberries play acoustic in Carré
The Irish band The Cranberries returns Wednesday, may 10, an acoustic concert in the Carré theatre in Amsterdam. A string quartet will be the Irish musicians accompany during the play of their greatest hits.
Friday start the ticket sales.
The Cranberries made in the nineties sensation with hits like Linger, Zombie and Dreams. The band, consisting of singer Dolores O’riordan, guitarist Noel Hogan, bassist Mike Hogan and drummer Fergal Lawler, sold worldwide more than forty million albums. Today the band has more than two million streams per month on Spotify.
“We have in recent months worked with the Irish Chamber Orchestra to the acoustic versions of our songs. Although we are rather ‘unplugged’, have played, promises this tour is very special to be”, says Noel Hogan.
