As a bride, in the united kingdom, has opened up about her weight loss journey following the slimming down to fit into her dream wedding dress – they claim they are doing it without doing it as a training exercise.
Emma Roberts managed to gain an impressive three dress sizes in just four short months before her big day in May of this year.

“Well, I would either skip breakfast or have a coffee with two sugars and a biscuit,” she shared. “For lunch, I would have a few chips, a breakfast sandwich or just a bag of crisps and a bar of chocolate, or something that would give me an extra half hour in bed, so I didn’t have plans for lunch.”
“With the food, I would just eat the processed “kid food” that is quick and easy, and I would get takeout about twice a week.”

Roberts is of the opinion that drinking more water, and being in a caloric deficit, the fuller faster, and the key to weight loss. If they ever had a craving or the urge, she would go on clothing websites, and to add to clothing, she wanted to fit in her basket as a distraction.
Within four months, she had shed the pounds, and to the left of her pride and joy was showing off her svelte figure when she walked down the aisle.
“[She] told me that he had never realized how much weight I had gained during the seven years we’ve been together, and he is very glad that he has seen my confidence grow,” Roberts said. “I am now in a position to wear the clothes I used to wear when we first met.”
“None of my friends understood that I had to cut back on nights out, and put a hold on my social life. My bachelorette party was the first time I had it out of my diet,” she continued.
“That’s when I went for my final dress fitting, and it was great to hear that she had 10 inches of my dress,” the bride is not revealed. “You know, I feel so much better now.”
