The Bollywood star, Kushal Punjabi, has died as a result of suicide, according to reports.

Punjabi, was discovered by friends at his residence in Bandra, Mumbai early on Friday morning, after the parents informed them that they had trouble getting in touch with him the day before, The Times of India reported. Some of the reports indicate, Punjabi, 42, as the others have said, that he was 37 at the time of his death.

According to the outlet, the Assistant Commissioner of Police Paramjit Singh Dahiya, described his death as “hanging.”

The actor, best known for his roles in Bollywood movies, “Bare” and “Lakshya,” left behind a suicide note that is given, no one should be held responsible for the death of the Indian news channel ABP Live, have been reported.

The note also stated that his estate is to be divided between his sister, their parents, and their son, Kian was arrested, the news service stated.
