A 22-year-old woman was found dead along a Florida highway on Sunday, an early sign of “minor trauma”, and “an apparent broken leg, according to police.
The officers found the body of a woman lying on her back in the grass median of a U.S. Highway 92 in Lakeland, about 60 miles south-south-west of downtown Orlando about 6:40 a.m. Sunday, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
So Fay Hanvey, was found dead along a Florida highway on Sunday, according to police.

The woman was identified as 22-year-old, So Fay Hanvey, of Sebring. The sheriff’s office said there were signs of “a minor trauma to her body and an apparent broken leg.”

An autopsy determined Hanvey had been hit by a car. The sheriff’s office said there was an “other suspicious circumstances of her death, including her, to be in the area on the west shoulder. No witnesses were located.

The authorities are asking people in the area between 5:30 and 6:30 pm, or is known to the victim, in order to make a call to the sheriff’s office in the 863-298-6200.
