Texas woman, 21, dies after falling from moving SUV, can be pushed

Marisol Espitia, 21, who was put on life support after a fall from a moving SUV, died.

A Fairview, Texas, the woman who was put on life support after a fall from a moving SUV and died.

Marisol Espitia, 21, died on Wednesday. She was already brain dead for the last two weeks.

Witnesses say Espitia fell or was pushed from the passenger side of a black SUV to move on the highway.

Her boyfriend, a 21-year-old Victor Pereya, was driving. Police provided a mug shot from an arrest last year. They say that he was supposed to give the police a statement, but never showed up.

Funeral arrangements have not yet been announced.
