In Texas, police say a man has been arrested in the shooting deaths of four family members.
The victims were found on Sunday afternoon after an officer on patrol heard the shots, of Beaumont, police said.
“It is with four shooting victims,” police said. Two of the victims died at the hospital. The other two were pronounced dead at the scene.

Of the four people who shared an apartment with a 22-year-old Lively, James Stratton, who was charged with the four murders and is jailed on $4 million bond.
Beaumont police officer Carol Riley said the shooting was the result of an argument between the five families, KBMT-TV reported on Monday.

“I’m Sorry for your loss,” Riley said, according to the station. “I know that this is a very, very hard to have a community that has been rocked with so much of destruction during a Tropical Storm Imelda, and with the loss of four lives, in our communities, it is more than I can to comfort you. There are just no words.”
The victims were identified by police as Bobby Wyatt, 39, Shannon Sutton, 23, and Alvin Lee Bellard, 32, and elias Tours, 33.

A large crowd gathered at the scene, and stood vigil for hours, the station reported.
