Texas lawmakers push for ‘Constitutional Carry” gun bill


A state lawmaker wants to make it legal to pack for all of the Texan gun with or without a permit.

Two controversial gun laws by the Texas legislature in past sessions. The legislature adopted the Open-Carry law two years ago. Campus Wear, also allows the concealed carry of firearms on the college campus.

But the state Rep. Jonathan Strickland wants to take it a step further. He is Wearing is the author of House Bill 375, or the Constitutional bill to all the Texans wear the right, open to a hand gun.

“We do not believe that the Texans should have, take a class or pay a fee to exercise their Second Amendment rights to defend themselves,” he said.
