One of the Texas deputy shot and killed a carjacking suspect who was allegedly beating a K-9 officer with a gun after a foot chase Monday.
The dead man, who was not identified, was said to be one of the males, were reported to have been attacked and shot at by a man for the theft of his vehicle at around 11 pm in, Harris County, according to KPRC-TV, with the entry of the sheriff’s office. The man whose car was stolen and was not seriously injured, officials said.

As a substitute, which was in the area with a K-9 and saw a vehicle matching the description of the stolen car just after midnight and FOX26 Houston have been reported, and of putting the men in a foot chase, where the four suspected carjackers bolts from inside the vehicle.
The K-9 was the first to catch up with, and one of the guys that started to get rid of the dog, with a gun. The deputy ordered the man to stop, but he continued to beat the animal, according to police.
“[He] began with the capture of the K-9, with a gun, waving the gun at that point in time,” Harris County Sheriff’s Ed Gonzalez, told KPRC-TV. “We don’t know if there was gunfire is exchanged, but our deputy did fire at least one shot, striking the individual, and he was pronounced dead.”
The police believed that the suspect was in his late teens or early 20’s, the station reported.

The sheriff’s office said they recovered a gun at the scene and were able to hold on for a second-in-command. Two of the others, in general.
The K-9 officer was not injured during the encounter.
