Plus size model Tess Holiday is to her body shamers straight – again.

Taking Instagram, she is proud to admit to her own insecurities and the struggles that she faces daily in her post-baby bod.

Holliday gave birth to a baby Bowie six months ago. She spoke about the difficulty she has accepting the inevitable changes to her pre-baby figure, and the “battle” they are fighting.

Size 22 model Tess Holiday: ‘I’m fat’

“It’s been 6 months and my stomach is smaller, my breasts are a different shape, new stretch marks and I feel a foreign in my body, more than ever,” Holliday wrote. “I was not anticipating.”

The Mississippi native has become a kind of body-positive activist. The first size-22 in the industry, the Holiday is quickly to address the overwhelming criticism of her body.

On her recent Instagram post, she says, “I debated on whether or not to post this, but I think it’s important to be honest about what it is to be a woman in the media, who recently had a baby and the pressure on new mothers to ‘lose the baby weight,'” Holliday continued. “I was fat, I wore a healthy baby and what do you think, still fat … and THAT’S OK.”

She is already mother of a son, Rylee, 10, from a previous relationship.

Holliday was hit in April after posting pictures of herself pregnant.

Her trolling, she wrote, “It is also good to tell someone to f–k off when they you unsolicited advice about what is best for you and the baby,” she wrote. “As women, we know what is best and that is our business … no one else’s.”
