RESTON, Va. – A teenager is charged with fatally shooting a couple in their northern Virginia home.
Police say the 17-year-old shot himself after shooting the set and is in the hospital in life threatening condition.
The police in Fairfax County, a suburb of Washington, announced Saturday that they have filed charges against the teen. His name was not released because of his age.
Forty-eight-year-old Scott Fricker and his wife, 43-year-old Buckley Kuhn-Fricker, were shot to death Friday in their home in the community of Reston. The police says the teen knew the victims, who confronted him, when he was in their house. Police say the teen then shot the couple and of itself.
The Washington Post reported Saturday the suspicious dating of the couple have a daughter, but that the family had recently got her to break up with him, because he espoused neo-Nazi philosophies.
