Customers at airports in the United States are reporting technical problems that JetBlue and American Airlines computer systems.

American Airlines has confirmed that its Sabre computer systems, which are also used by airlines including JetBlue and Alaska Airlines, were due to a technical problem on Monday afternoon.

“Sabre is currently a technical problem that is affecting several airlines, including American. We are working with Sabre to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, and apologize to our customers for the inconvenience caused,” a spokesman for American Airlines confirmed to Fox News in a statement.

Sabre also announced on social media that it was working to resolve the issue.

Flyers, meanwhile, reported long lines and even the “hustle and bustle” at some airports.
