Q: With all the hacking and ransomware attacks, I would like to know how you ensure that your company does not become a victim. I need to take steps now before it is too late.

Buying Apple products for less

Q: I would like to buy an iPhone, but they are so expensive. Is it okay to buy a used one on Craigslist?

A: The short answer is, “Maybe, but probably not.” There is good news, though. If you want to buy a discount on the Apple product, you can try something “refurbished.” Apple does a fantastic job of collecting of retired devices and bring them back from the dead. Not all used devices are by means of this process, of course. Most commonly used Apple products are simply dropped off at a pawnshop, so they can be resold.
