Tax owner faces gun charges for self-defense shooting

LAWRENCE, Ind. – The owner of a suburb of Indianapolis tax preparation store faced with a load of weapons after fatally shooting a man with two guns.

Antonio Burst of Colbert/Ball tax service in Lawrence, is charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon in connection with the self-defense shooting of the 25-year-old Antonio Bertram of Indianapolis on March 6.

The 34-year-old Burst 2007 aggravated battery conviction.

A statement says Bertram, the wearing of a mask, went to the tax office after his fiancee that the threats on her federal income tax return. It says Bursting waiting for him with a gun Bursting of the woman owned and held in the office and the shot Bertram when he for one of his guns.
