At least nine people were injured Thursday after an SUV jumped a curb in New York City, striking pedestrians.
Four of the injured were in serious, but stable condition, while five people suffered minor injuries, all non-life-threatening, the city’s fire department told Fox News.

The incident happened on West 37th st and Ninth Avenue around 12:30 pm ET.
CHURCH BUS DRIVER CHARGED IN CRASH
Witnesses told WABC that the driver of a Chevy Suburban tried to avoid a minivan but hit the accelerator instead of the brake, slamming into the car and then jump the curb.
