Suspended Platini should give a speech before his successor is chosen
Former UEFA president Michel Platini Wednesday will hold a speech at the extraordinary meeting of the European football association, where his successor is chosen.
Platini is for a four-year ban by FIFA, but UEFA had to the ethics committee of wereldvoetbalbond asked whether the Frenchman in Athens was permitted to speak.
